Dr. Benjamin Bittner O.D.

Dr. Benjamin Bittner was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He earned a B.S. degree in Microbiology from Florida Atlantic University, graduating Magna Cum Laude before attending Nova Southeastern University for his Doctorate in Optometry. Dr. Bittner's clinical interests include advanced dry eye treatments, myopia management and surgery co-management.

He and his wife love to spend time outdoors with their young son, bicycling and going for walks. His twenty years of caring for patients have taught him how important and life changing it is to bring value to others. Some of Dr. Bittner’s most enjoyable experiences over the years include helping and getting to know the many wonderful patients, he has been blessed to help see. Optometric Physician

Dr. Charlton Q. Butts, O.D.

Dr. Charlton Q. Butts is a proud native Floridian, born in West Palm Beach and raised in Lake Worth since the second grade. A graduate of Santaluces Community High School, he excelled both academically and athletically as a scholar-athlete in basketball and football. He went on to attend the University of Central Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology with a minor in Health Sciences.

After the passing of his father shortly after college graduation, Dr. Butts faced personal hardship that briefly delayed his path to optometry school—but not his determination. Through perseverance and dedication, he was accepted into the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2017.

Following graduation, Dr. Butts returned home to Florida to serve the community that raised him. Over the past seven years, he has provided exceptional eye care across a range of settings—from private practices to commercial offices—treating both children and adults. His professional expertise includes comprehensive eye exams, management of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and dry eye, as well as advanced contact lens fittings for both soft and rigid lenses.

Dr. Butts is passionate about helping every patient see the world through the best lens possible. He believes that vision is one of God’s greatest gifts and that the way we see the world shapes how we experience life itself.

Outside the office, Dr. Butts enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée, watching football, traveling, road trips, and staying active through regular workouts. He believes that maintaining personal health is an essential part of setting a positive example for his patients.
